Topless or tipsy ?

In follow-up to recent news reports about “immoral behavior” seen rampant at public beaches, a local paper reported today that the authorities had instructed lifeguards at all beaches to “keep an eye on women roaming topless”! What luck! This task is now practically and officially part of their job description. I wonder what will follow – if you see someone downing a can of beer at the beach – please reach into his picnic basket for one , open it and take a gulp – and make doubly sure it IS a beer! If you see a couple making love on the beach – Check # 1 – first verify that they are indeed making love. Check # 2 – verify if they are married. Check # 3 - verify if they are married to each other ! Yes this is really necessary; especially everyone knows that most love making and other tamer signs of affection between a couple seriously reduce after their married!
